Overview

Life can sometimes feel very busy and overwhelming. With school, sports, homework, friends, chores and more, we can all feel stretched and tired from time to time. It is important that when we feel stressed and overwhelmed, we calm ourselves and stay focused on the present. We can use deep belly breathing and mindfulness activities to calm our brains and help us cope with all the stress better. Take some time this week to slow down, breathe deep and calm your body and mind. Notice changes in your body and feelings and share what you learn with others.
